Long Island hires and promotions: Peter Petriccione, Jon Farrugia

ENGINEERING

Gannett Fleming Inc. in Woodbury, a global infrastructure and engineering firm, has made two new hires.

Peter Petriccione of Huntington was named project manager for the water business line. He was a senior water/wastewater engineer at H2M architects + engineers in Melville.

Jon Farrugia has been hired as a construction supervisor. He was a senior electrical field engineer/inspector with Michael Baker Engineering in White Plains, but worked on site at the Tallman Island Wastewater Treatment Plant in College Point, Queens.

Siobhan Turcic of Whitestone has been hired as a marketing strategist at D&B Engineers and Architects in Woodbury. She was a communications manager with the NPD Group in Port Washington.

LAW

Anthony Curcio of Massapequa has joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow as an associate in the real estate practice. He was a sole practitioner and an assistant town attorney for the Town of Oyster Bay.

Marc Eiger of Wantagh has joined Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana in Uniondale as director of public relations. He was a public relations manager at the American Institute of CPAs in Manhattan.
