Long Island hires and promotions: Philip Butler, Farrell Fritz

Farrell Fritz has three new hires.

Philip Butler of Great Neck, hired as a land use and municipal associate in Hauppauge, was with the Weber Law Group in Melville.

Lee Peretz of Plainview, hired as a business development manager in Uniondale, was marketing director at Anchin, Block & Anchin in Manhattan.

Richard Quatrano of Great Neck, hired as a corporate associate in Uniondale, was with Fox Horan & Camerini in Manhattan.

Kiera Chiapperini of Mastic has been hired as a marketing associate at NAI Long Island in Melville. She was a communications and development intern at The Atlanta Women’s Foundation in Georgia.

Marion Weiler of Syosset has been hired as senior vice president of marketing and business development at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in Cold Spring Harbor. She was an adjunct business professor at Hochschule Mainz University of Applied Sciences in Germany. — DIANE DANIELS
