David P. Leno of West Hempstead has joined the real estate group as a partner. He was a partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale.

James R. Finn of Babylon has joined the litigation and appeals group as an associate. He was an associate at Miranda, Sambursky, Slone, Sklarin, Verveniotis in Mineola.

Elizabeth Moskalenko of Deer Park has been promoted to registered landscape architect, licensed in the state of New York, at Cashin Associates PC in Hauppauge, an engineering, construction management and environmental consulting firm. She was a landscape architect.
