Robert Molsbergen of Patchogue has been named president of ExcelAire, a private jet charter and management company at MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma. He was with NetJets in Cincinnati, president of its Executive Jet Management subsidiary and chief operating officer of Global Aircraft Management.

Vanderbilt Financial Group in Woodbury has four new hires.

William Wu of Woodside, Queens, has been hired as a financial adviser. He had the same job at Bishop, Rosen & Co. in Manhattan.

Simon Chung of Oakdale Gardens, Queens, has been hired as a financial adviser. He had the same job at Bishop Rosen & Co. in Manhattan.

Michelle Manfre of Bethpage has been hired as an operations specialist. She was an operations manager at Bishop Rosen & Co. in Manhattan.

Palavi Malik of Jamaica, Queens, has been hired as an insurance representative. She was a financial representative at MassMutual Financial Group in Manhattan.

H2M architects + engineers in Melville has five new hires.

Christopher P. Falzarano of Smithtown has been hired as the media specialist in the marketing department. He was an executive assistant at The Nader Agency in Huntington Station.

Junior A. Garcia of Fresh Meadows, Queens, has been hired as a coatings inspector. He was a bridge painter, safety inspector and coating inspector at L & L Painting Co. in Hicksville.

Christopher W. Silliman of North Babylon has been hired as a staff architect. He was an intern architect at Impact Architecture in South Farmingdale.

Thomas W. Hubacek of Astoria, Queens, has been hired as the practice leader of landscape architecture. He was a senior landscape architect/projects manager at Gulf Consult in Kuwait.

Anthony G. Mennona of Miller Place has been hired as senior project manager and project controls specialist. He was a senior project controls specialist at Brookhaven National Lab in Upton.

Lars Augustin of Massapequa, senior project manager at Gannett Fleming Engineers and Architects in Woodbury, has been named a vice president.
