Long Island hires and promotions: Scott Protosow, P.W. Grosser Consulting

ENGINEERING

P. W. Grosser Consulting Inc. in Bohemia has two new hires.

Scott Protosow of Yaphank, a new project engineer, was a design/field manager at Nelson & Pope Engineers & Surveyors in Melville.

William Yeung of Lake Grove, a new field hydro/environmental scientist, was project geologist at J.R. Holzmacher P.E. in Ronkonkoma.

EDUCATION

Joseph McCleary of Ayer, Massachusetts, is relocating here to be the new president of The Schools of Saint Mary in Manhasset. He was executive director of the Advanced Math and Science Academy Charter School in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Robert Rafferty of Patchgoue has been hired as director of facilities at the North Bellmore School District. He was director of facilities in the Hempstead Union Free School District.

Michelle Budion of Amityville, Copiague School District coordinator of English as a second language and foreign language, has been appointed director of English as a new language and world languages.
