Long Island hires and promotions: Signature Premier Properties

Signature Premier Properties has hired four licensed real estate sales agents.

Tara Heins, of Cold Spring Harbor, has been hired for the Huntington office. She is a recent graduate of the New York Real Estate Institute in Manhattan.

Claudia Walsh, of Northport, has been hired for the Babylon office. She was a licensed saleswoman at Realty Connect in Huntington.

Melissa Kaplan, of Smithtown, has been hired for the Smithtown office. She was a sales agent at Coach in Huntington.

Laura Sweeney, of Centerport, has been hired for the Northport office. She was a licensed saleswoman at The Corcoran Group in Brooklyn.

Thomas F. Courtney Jr. of Kings Park has been hired as licensed salesman with expertise in industrial warehouse sales and commercial and industrial building leasing at Industry One Realty Corp. in Melville. He was vice president of information technology at Artemis Consulting in Manhattan.
