Judith Modica of Kings Park has been promoted from nurse educator to nurse manager in the emergency department of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip.

Johnny Kao of Jericho has been appointed cancer liaison physician at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. He chaired the radiation oncology department.

Ariana Mace a resident of Holtsville, has been hired in Ronkonkoma. She was in sales at MyGradPad Real Estate in Manhattan.

The Suffolk County Association of Municipal Employees in Bohemia has elected six county employees to its executive board. Brian Macri, a resident of Mount Sinai, is the president. He was previously the medical examiner in Hauppauge.

Daniel C. Levler of Islip is executive vice president. He was an assistant director in public works in Yaphank.

Christina A. Maher of Centereach is first vice president. She was a programmer analyst in the social services department in Ronkonkoma.

Mary E. Wolfe, a resident of Shirley, is third vice president. She was an examiner in social services in Coram.

Vicki Cohen of Shirley is secretary. She was a public health nurse in the public health bureau in Riverhead.

Stanley J. Humin III of East Yaphank is fourth vice president. He was a junior civil engineer in public works in Yaphank.
