Michael R. Rudick of Great Neck, hired in general liability, was with Herzfeld & Rubin in Manhattan.

Jackie Herrmann of Farmingdale has been hired as a personal line manager at Brooks-Waterburn Corp. in Farmingdale. She was a boating insurance sales consultant at Alan R. Mott Agency in Huntington.
