John P. Hill, of Stony Brook, interim laboratory director at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, has been elected to the board of directors of the Long Island Association Inc., in Melville.

Kenneth A. Gray, of Levittown, has been hired as a partner at Davis & Ferber in Islandia. Gray was a partner at Bee Ready Law Group in Mineola.

Jacqueline Clancy, of Fort Salonga, has been hired as managing director, Long Island at SERHANT in Huntington. Clancy was a sales manager at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in Cold Spring Harbor.

Steven Rubano, of Massapequa Park, has been hired as director of IT at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Rubano was a director of IT at Seal Dynamics in Hauppauge.

Kimberly Watt, of Lindenhurst, has been hired as a staff designer at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Watt was an architectural intern at TruexCullins Architecture + Interior Design in Burlington, Vermont.

Grey Trovato, of Sound Beach, has been hired as a coatings inspector at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Trovato was a technician at Bulovas Restorations in Ronkonkoma.
