Shares had their best week since May after the satellite communications provider said acquisitions and "organic growth" led to record sales in the fiscal year ended June 30.

The filtration systems maker, one of only three local stocks in the S&P 500, posted strong earnings. Pall also said it had refinanced its "significant debt" at historically low interest rates.
