Shares hit an all-time high after the provider of equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, citing demand for its products, filed a "shelf registration" that will allow it to raise $20 million.

The maker of security products posted its second consecutive profitable quarter after a string of losses. Napco also said it has two "major" product launches scheduled for this summer.
