Evolution of retail space on LI subject of May 5 panel

The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and The Retail Network will present a panel discussion on May 5 on the evolution of retail space on Long Island.
The free event will be held at the RXR Executive Center, on 58 South Service Rd. in Melville. Continental breakfast and networking will begin at 9 a.m. The discussion will start at 9:30 a.m. and will run until 10:45 a.m.
The panel, moderated by Russel Helbling, vice president at Sabre Real Estate Group, will include: Joseph Deal, a principal of Bohler Engineering; Jayson Siano, managing principal of the retail space brokerage Sabre Real Estate Group; Robert Sandler, a partner in the Farrell Fritz law firm; and Joshua Weinkranz, president of the Northeast region of Kimco Realty Corp., the largest shopping center real estate investment trust in the United States.
