The Mulcahy’s Centereach sports bar and night club is for sale.
An employee at Mulcahy's of Wantagh said only the Centereach location — not the Wantagh club — is on the market.
Built in 2007, the Centereach club is on Middle Country Road at Route 97 and it has a 4,200 square foot interior, a 3,000 square foot patio and a legal occupancy of 506, according to an online real estate listing. The bar, including two stand-up bars, is 110 linear feet.
Parking for 350 is included, as is a full basement, “huge bathrooms” and full sound and light systems.
Asking price is $950,000 with some owner financing available, the online listing said.
No further details were immediately available Monday. Voice mail messages left for managment at both the Centereach and Wantagh locations were not immediately returned.
