A distributor of vacuum cleaner parts that is based in New Jersey has purchased a 32,500-square-foot warehouse in the Hauppauge Industrial Park.

The building, at 75 Oser Ave., was owned by the Hampshire Companies, a Morristown, N.J.-based real estate investment firm. An adjacent vacant 1.9-acre site was also sold. The transactions were arranged by Ashlind Properties, a commercial real estate firm in Hauppauge.

The air-conditioned industrial building, which includes about 5,400 square feet of office space, had been a warehouse used by Siemens Energy & Automation Inc. It was purchased by C. R. Trop,  which operates Desco Vacuum Supply in Linden, N.J. The price was not disclosed.

Budco Enterprises Inc., a rigging and construction company, bought the adjoining 1.9-acre site for $1.15 million. Budco’s facilities on Plant Avenue abut the Oser Avenue lot, and the company plans to build a 30,000-square-foot administration building on it.
