Nassau offers help to not-for-profits

Not-for-profit organizations can learn about doing business in Nassau County at a free event on Oct. 7.

The event, which is being staged by Nassau Comptroller George Maragos, will be held in the county legislative chamber, 1550 Franklin Ave. in Mineola, starting at 10 a.m.
