Net income: Profit of $1 million, compared with a profit of $857,000 in the same period last year.
Net revenues: $11.2 million compared with $10.6 million in the year-ago quarter.
Company statement: In addition to plans for expansion through franchising, licensing and our branded product program, Nathan's continues to seek to co-brand within its restaurant system. Nathan's is also the owner of the Arthur Treacher's brand, which is in 61 Nathan's restaurants.
