New department chief at Dewberry

Shahidul H. Joarder has been promoted to department manager of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services at the Manhattan office of Dewberry, a Virginia-based provider of architecture, engineering, and management services. The Brooklyn resident was senior electrical engineer.
