New executive at Brookhaven lab

Carol Kessler, former director of the center for global security at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, has been named chair of the nonproliferation and national security department at the Brookhaven National Laboratory. Both are divisions of the U.S. Department of Energy. She lives in Upton.
