Dr. Melinda J. Staiger has been named director of the Women's Imaging Center at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. She will also serve as director of women's imaging for the eastern division of Catholic Health Services of Long Island. The Northport resident was responsible for breast imaging services at the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, N.J.
