New faces at Long Island law firms

Matthew Tropper, left, has joined the Garden City intellectual property law firm Scully, Scott, Murphy & Pressner as an associate. The electrical engineer was an associate at the Manhattan law firm Greenberg Traurig and lives in Plainview.

Ralph Franco Jr., right, has joined Latronica Law Firm in Levittown as chief trial attorney and head of the litigation department. He was most recently a trial attorney at Peña & Kahn in the Bronx and is a Freeport resident.
