New hires at Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced several new hires.

Rose Raimondo-Ricardo, left, has joined the Smithtown office as a sales agent. The Smithtown resident held a similar position at RE/MAX Beyond, also in Smithtown.

Betsy Stevens, center, has joined the Commack office as a sales agent. She most recently was an editorial director at Derm101.com in Manhattan and lives in Commack.

JoAnn Casale, right, has joined the Setauket office as a sales agent. She held a similar position at Prudential Douglas Elliman in Dix Hills, the community in which she lives.

Demetra Mavrophilipos has joined the Mt. Sinai-Port Jefferson regional office in Mount Sinai as a sales agent. She was most recently a property adjuster at Travelers Insurance in Melville and lives in Rocky Point.

Lorraine Stidd has joined the regional office in Huntington as a sales agent. The Dix Hills resident was most recently a human resources manager at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Manhattan.
