Ethan A. Kobre has joined Farrell Fritz in Uniondale as a commercial litigation associate. He was an associate at Brody & Browne in Manhattan and lives in Kew Gardens Hills.
Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow announced two new hires:
Matthew J. Moisan, an associate in the corporate/securities practice group, lives in Syosset and was an associate at Peter Birzon & Associates in Jericho.
Kevin J. Rutkowsky, an associate in the commercial lending practice group, was director of portfolio management at Empire State Development Corporation and lives in Kew Gardens.
