New jobs in law on Long Island

Jothy Narendran, left, has joined the Garden City firm of Jaspan Schlesinger as partner. She was a partner at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow and lives in Syosset.

Meanwhile, Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow announced four changes:
-- Paul S. Linzer of Brooklyn was promoted from counsel to partner in the labor relations and criminal law practice groups.
-- Stacey Ramis Nigro was promoted from associate to partner in the litigation practice group. She is a Bellmore resident.
-- Donna J. Turetsky was promoted from associate to partner in the trust and estates and elder law practice groups. She lives in East Hills.
-- Brian A. Bloom of Old Bethpage has joined the firm as a partner in the litigation practice group. He was director of the entertainment and intellectual property practice group at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger in Lake Success.
