Parth N. Chowlera has joined Vishnick McGovern Milizio in Lake Success as an associate in the firm's tax practice. The Kew Gardens resident was counsel and legal fellow at VentureFund in Los Angeles.

Greg Stoller, right, has been promoted from associate to partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger in Lake Success. He is a Garden City resident.
