New roles at Nassau law firms

Kim Victor has been promoted from senior associate to managing attorney at Thaler & Gertler in East Meadow, heading the firm’s litigation department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial, general and bankruptcy litigation and lives in East Northport.

Adam P. Silvers has been appointed co-chair of the corporate and securities department at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale. The Commack resident, a partner at the firm, will share co-chair duties with senior partner Irvin Brum.
