New roles in the LI financial sector

Serena Chen, left, has joined the Melville office of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a tax associate in the private company services group. The Queens resident most recently served as a tax auditor for the City of New York in the department of Finance.
Bethpage Federal Credit Union announced the appointment of two new officials:
Vincent Scicchitano, right, formerly a senior vice president, commercial account management at Emblem Health in Manhattan, has been appointed a member of Bethpage Federal Credit Union's supervisory committee. He is a Nesconset resident.
Barrie E. Bazarsky, center, a senior associate at Birzon, Strang & Associates, a Smithtown-based civil litigation firm, has been appointed associate director with BFCU and lives in Oceanside. Both positions are board-appointed and on a volunteer basis.
