New SBA health care Web page and blog
The U.S. Small Business Administration launched a new Web page and blog Monday to help small business owners understand the Affordable Care Act, the agency announced.
Many of the health care law’s reforms will roll out this year and in 2014. The SBA says its new website (http://www.sba.gov/healthcare) explains the main provisions of the legislation specific to different business sizes and includes a glossary of health care terms, a timeline for the new reforms, a list of tax provisions and regulations as well as a state-by-state breakdown of health care options.
The blog, called “Health Care Business Pulse,” aims to update small business owners regularly as portions of the new health care legislation go into effect. The blog is located at http://www.sba.gov/blog.
