New VP at Stony Brook University

Dexter A. Bailey Jr. has been named vice president for advancement at Stony Brook University.

He will be on the president's senior management team and lead the University's development and alumni relations operations. He will also serve as executive director of the Stony Brook Foundation. Bailey was most recently vice president for development and alumni relations at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts and will be relocating to Long Island.
