Starting Friday, people all over Long Island will be seeing new TV commercials promoting Newsday. As you'll see, these commercials are focused on the essence of what we deliver to our readers: our commitment to outstanding coverage of local news and information. We decided not to use actors for the commercials; everyone you'll see is part of Newsday's talented team, talking about their passion for what they do and our dedication to Long Island. You'll see some of our journalists talking about the job they do for our readers and why they love doing it. Here at Newsday we're very proud of our people and glad you'll get to meet some of them through these new commercials!
