NYIT gets new chief of staff

Peter Kinney has joined New York Institute of Technology as chief of staff to college president Edward Guiliano. Kinney was most recently associated with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, where he was a program manager for an annual $780-million service contract in Iraq. He will commute to the Old Westbury and Manhattan campuses from Fort Montgomery, N.Y.
