Business people on boards

Elizabeth Carll of Centerport, left, has been elected to the American Psychological Association Council of Representatives. She is a clinical and consulting psychologist in private practice in Huntington and Centerport.

Gib Chapman of Oyster Bay, right, has been elected president of the Planting Fields Foundation board. He is a principal at Bessemer Trust in Manhattan.

Judith Pockriss has been elected president of the Association of Professional Volunteer Administrators, which promotes professionalism and leadership in the field of volunteer administration on Long Island. The Freeport resident is the volunteer coordinator for all Nassau County-run museums.
