Whether to sell your business to a strategic or financial buyer is the topic of a panel discussion Wednesday night in Carle Place.

The event, organized by the New York chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Chateau Briand catering hall at 440 Old Country Rd., in Carle Place.

The panel discussion features Scott Sanders, corporate business development vice president at medical supplies distributor Henry Schein Inc. in Melville, Marc Essenfeld, chief executive of New Jersey-based TriBeCa Oven Inc. and David Hellier, a partner at Bertram Capital in San Mateo, California.

The moderator will be Warren Feder, a partner at Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, a merchant bank in Manhattan.

A clambake dinner will be served after the presentation.
