Poll: Should the minimum wage be tied to inflation?

Should New York's minimum wage be tied to inflation? The state minimum stands at $7.25 an hour, an amount some say is not a living wage. Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo has proposed raising it to $8.75. That's 25 cents higher than a proposal that died in the State Senate last year.
Others argue that the wage should be tied to inflation so that when the cost of living goes up, the minimum wage automatically goes up, too.
