4 East Elm Luxury Condominium High-Rise in the Gold Coast Tops Off

Construction on schedule, first deliveries planned for first quarter of 2016

The building was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz with interiors by Gary Lee Partners, both based in Chicago. The general contractor is Hoffman Estates-based Leopardo Construction.
