Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) opened a permanent satellite office in Edwards, Colorado.

EDWARDS, Colo. (PRWEB) April 30, 2018

Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) opened a permanent satellite office in Edwards, Colorado this year. Located at 56 Edwards Village Boulevard in The Corner at Edwards Building, the new office will allow the region to more effectively bring innovative construction solutions to its mountain partners throughout Eagle, Lake Summit, Grand, Routt and other neighboring counties.

“AP has a long history of building in the mountains and this new office will allow us to be on the ground and readily available for all our clients’ needs,” said Tom Horsting, AP Regional President.

Since opening its first Colorado office in 1981, AP has completed dozens of projects throughout the Colorado mountains in places ranging from Edwards, Estes Park, Frisco, Gypsum, Leadville, Rangley, Silverthorne, Steamboat, Woodland Park, and Vail. AP has been honored with two Eagle First Place National Excellence in Construction Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for recent mountain projects. These include the $21.1M Lake County High School Addition and Renovations, which completed in 2014 and the $8.8M Silverthorne Performing Arts Center, which was finished in Spring of 2017. Currently in progress, the $6M Edwards Surgery Center for Vail Health is expected to complete later this year.

Regionally, AP is currently ranked #8 among general contractors in Colorado by the Denver Business Journal. Nationally, the firm is number 55 on the list of top 100 construction management‐at‐risk firms of 2017 by Engineering News‐Record (ENR), a leading publication for the engineering and construction industry.

AP celebrated the opening of its newest location with an Open House for subcontracting partners, design partners, and owners. AP opened its Colorado office in Aurora in 1981 and has another satellite office in Fort Collins.
