The firm has added an additional 8,000 square feet to their 10,000 square feet facility in the Columbia Gateway Business Park. Columbia Gateway is a 630-acre master planned corporate community home to large technology, health and communications companies in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. corridor. The expansion will accommodate their recent growth in the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia markets in response to a growing regional demand for Advantage Engineers? services. The office will provide space for additional personnel, as well as a future soils and materials testing laboratory.

The full-service office specializes in telecommunications, environmental and geotechnical engineering and consulting services. The current team of 55 is comprised of engineers, project managers, site acquisition specialists, CAD technicians and operational management. In the additional space, the geotechnical services department will expand their team to support the soils and materials testing laboratory.
