Amerhart Announces Sales Territory Consolidation and Key Leadership Changes
Updated organizational structure allows building materials distributor to scale its operations more efficiently and streamline decision making.

Amerhart Limited has announced the consolidation of its nine warehouse sales and distribution locations into two regions and has made changes to its executive team to support the realignment.
Erik Gustafson, previously the manager of Amerhart’s Green Bay, WI, location, now oversees the Northeast Region, composed of Amerhart’s Grand Rapids, MI; Green Bay, WI; Milwaukee, WI; St. Paul, MN; and Traverse City, MI locations.
Ryan Chandler, previously the manager of Amerhart’s Sun Prairie, WI, location, now oversees the Southwest Region, composed of Amerhart’s Sun Prairie, WI; Pekin, IL; St. Louis, MO; and West Salem, WI locations.
In addition to the consolidation of sales locations, Tom Miller, Vice President of Marketing and Supply Chain; Dave Destiche, Vice President of Marketing; and Chad Warpinski, Vice President of Finance have joined Gustafson and Chandler to form a new sales and marketing leadership team, reporting to President and CEO Mark Kasper.
"The consolidation of our sales and marketing organization reflects our need to enhance accountability and streamline decision making as we continue to grow,” said Kasper. “This simplified structure will allow Amerhart to continue to be responsive to our customer’s needs while enhancing alignment across the Company."
