Bird Control Merger Increases Company's Value Proposition and Reach

Avian Enterprises, LLC., manufacturer of Avian Control® Bird Repellent, announces the recent acquisition of Natural Forces LLC and Ceannard Inc., the makers of Rejex-it Fog Force™, Rejex-it Migrate™ and other bird repellent products.

Jon Stone, president of Avian Enterprises, said of the acquisition, “Avian Control® Bird Repellent is the leader and most effective bird repellent in the agricultural industry, while Fog Force™ and Migrate™ are both highly successful in the pest control, turf/ornamental, and food processing industries. We believe that adding Fog Force™ and Migrate™ to our product line creates the first “one stop shop” for liquid bird control products. Our plan is to revitalize both Fog Force™ and Migrate™ with the newest available chemistry to make these products even more effective to meet better the needs of our customers.”

Revitalized Rejex-it Fog Force™ and Rejex-it Migrate™ bird repellents are expected to be available for sale by mid-2016 upon registration by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
