Cash Prize Offered to High School Student Filmmakers Promoting Anti-Bullying Message Worldwide: "Bullies Are The Cowards Of The World"

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) October 30, 2015

Online anti-bullying movement Bullies are the Cowards of the World has launched its first music video contest open to all high school students worldwide. Royally sponsored by Prince Mario Max Schaumburg Lippe, a $500 cash prize will be awarded to the best music video incorporating the campaign’s title song. Contestants aged 13 to 18 start by logging onto bulliesarethecowardsoftheworld.com to download the contest cut of the song; with music and lyrics by Broadway veteran Bob Cabell. All entry forms and official rules and guidelines can also be downloaded at the same time. Contestants have the option to add creative harmonies, beats and backup vocals if musically inclined. The contest will run until February 15th, 2016 with the grand prize winner to be announced March 15th, 2016.

In addition to promoting tolerance worldwide, the Bullies Are The Cowards Of The World campaign strives to fight the bleakest of outcomes from bullying – bullycide. Campaign director Rose North expressed delighted by joining forces with Prince Mario Max: “He has helped us spread the message to not participate in hate. We hope through the power of song we can take power away from bullies that look to elevate themselves by cutting down others.”

The campaign’s original music video can be found on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAHbQ-aegZI0) starring Bo Mellinger, Jordan Jackson, Tori Spero and vocals by Paul Linnes. The full theme of “Bullies Are The Cowards Of The World” is available through iTunes.
