Feldmann Nagel Public Affairs, LLC (FNPA), an independent lobby practice led by Attorney David J. Nagel of Feldmann Nagel, LLC, is now open.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) May 11, 2016

Feldmann Nagel Public Affairs, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of its new lobby practice, which will have office locations in Steamboat Springs, Boulder, Denver, and Vail/Avon. Feldmann Nagel Public Affairs, LLC (FNPA), a separate practice from the law firm of Feldmann Nagel, LLC, is led by attorney and CPA David J. Nagel.

Mr. Nagel has said the following of the new practice: "Lobbying is enlightening work and opens up opportunities from both a business and public service perspective. We have a broad and deep understanding of the particulars of the increasingly bureaucratic and complex legislative decision-making processes which is a huge plus." He adds: “Now our boutique firm platform provides our clients with the ability to separately engage our lobby arm to shape their industries, rather than just taking a wait-and-see approach as to what bills get signed into law and how those new laws may affect their business operations.”

FNPA is comprised of a number of experienced professionals who will work at both the legislative and executive branches of government. The FNPA is equipped to work with and appear before committees, agencies, regulators, boards, governmental commissions, and appointed officials and their staff. The practice will serve various different industries, including technology, construction, alcoholic beverages, marijuana, natural resources, military, transportation, non-profits, homeowners associations, and licensed professionals.
