DeepRoot Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against GreenBlue

The complaint alleges that GreenBlue’s RootSpace infringes two Canadian patents

On May 23, 2018, DeepRoot Green Infrastructure, LLC filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the Federal Court of Canada against GreenBlue Urban North America Inc. The complaint alleges that GreenBlue’s RootSpace infringes Canadian Patent No. 2,552,348 and Canadian Patent No. 2,829,599.
