DiRAD Certified WBE in New York City
DiRAD Technologies has received a New York City Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification
New York, NY (PRWEB) June 23, 2016
The City of New York Department of Small Business Services (SBS) recently approved DiRAD Technologies, Inc. as a Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). The certification is available to companies that either reside in New York City, or conduct a substantial amount of business in the city.
DiRAD will leverage its 20 years of doing business with the City to open new opportunities as a WBE.
Maria Massa, DiRAD President is looking forward to increasing DiRAD’s footprint in the city. “In my 23 years with DiRAD we’ve helped many city agencies implement Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, call centers and custom applications that ultimately improve business processes, increase productivity and allow the agency to provide constituents with an improved customer-service experience. As a certified WBE, I’m excited about continuing that trend and about the new opportunities we’ll encounter.”
Massa added that future plans include federal contracting, national WBE participation and ongoing relationships with strategic partners to expand the audience for DiRAD products and services.
