Down Payment Assistance (DPA) is excited to now be offering multiple money saving grant programs to Florida residents.

Florida (PRWEB) September 29, 2015

The team at DPA will be extending their loan & grant services to residents of all Florida counties. Their programs help individuals qualify for up to $7,500 to pay closing costs.

Most Down Payment Assistance programs (http://www.downpaymentassistanceinflorida.com/) are available on a first come first served basis and most are available throughout the entire state of Florida.

These loans offer a 30 year fixed rate first mortgage loan to first time home buyers through participating lenders and institutions. First time home buyer is typically defined as not owning a home in the last 3 years. There may be other options if you are not a first time home buyer.

Most programs will use income and purchase price limits to determine eligibility.

The Down Payment Assistance Florida (http://www.downpaymentassistanceinflorida.com/) Program provides assistance to qualified homebuyers for down payment and closing costs associated with purchasing a home. The amount of assistance provided will be determined based on household income. A household can qualify as very low income, low income, and moderate. Their website provides more information on income requirements.
