easyMedicare.com launches new FinTech live chat platform designed to help consumers successfully enroll in Medicare insurance plans

CLEARWATER, Fla. (PRWEB) April 23, 2018

easyMedicare.com (http://www.easyMedicare.com), an affiliate of e-TeleQuote Insurance, Inc., is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new live chat feature on easyMedicare.com. This new online feature will give consumers the opportunity to chat directly with our certified licensed insurance agents about their Medicare insurance needs. The goal of this new feature is to provide people with Medicare plan information, eligibility information, and ultimately give them the chance to enroll right from their own computer, tablet and/or mobile device.

The consumer-friendly chat functionality is part of a long list of proprietary Financial Technology (FinTech) tools that are a part of e-TeleQuote’s state-of-the-art CRM platform. Included in the CRM platform is a nationwide provider search module, making it easier for agents to help identify whether a person’s doctor is included in their Medicare plan. There is also a robust prescription drug finder to quickly identify if a person’s current prescriptions are included in their plan of choice. Furthermore, agents can review the costs and benefits of Medicare plans available in that person’s specific geographic area. All of these features are designed to help create the best experience possible for the consumer, and to connect them with a Medicare plan that best suits their overall needs, as quickly as possible.

“We are very excited about the launch of our new online chat feature,” says Anthony P. Solazzo, CEO of e-TeleQuote. “We are constantly looking for new and better ways for the consumer to get the help they need in selecting a Medicare plan that is right for them. Having the ability to chat with a live agent right from their computer, tablet or mobile device is another way we are trying to make the Medicare selection process easier, faster and more convenient. People can learn all about their Medicare plan options and prescription drug options in a digitally accessible and safe environment, while still getting expert help from licensed insurance agents. Our goal as an organization is to continue to be an advocate for the individual consumer, when it comes to understanding and ultimately finding the right Medicare options. And this technology helps us do just that.”

The new chat feature will allow people to chat with a live agent in either English or Spanish.
