In 1998, he graduated cum laude from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science. He then attended Indiana State University from 1999 to 2001, pursuing a Master’s Degree in political science, and later received his law degree in 2004 from the Indiana University School of Law. Attorney Edgardo Martinez is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
