MILWAUKEE (PRWEB) April 24, 2018

FEI Behavioral Health, a social enterprise with a 35-year history and a leader in workforce resilience from workplace violence prevention and crisis management to EAP and organizational development, will present at the upcoming Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), Division of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities 2018 Developmental Disabilities (DD) Learning Collaborative, running May 2-4, 2018, in Augusta, Ga.

Solon will discuss how to implement a trauma-informed approach to behavior intervention that will lead to healthy, respectful relationships among both clients and staff. Attendees will explore strategies they can use when confronted with difficult situations and learn brain-based interactions for managing stress and emotions.

She also is responsible for the direct delivery of workplace violence prevention, leadership development, employee assistance and crisis management trainings. She is experienced in reviewing current training and policies and procedures to identify gaps as well as work with customers towards a solution.
