International law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. and 13th Floor Investments hosted a charity ride Friday, Sept. 25, at SoulCycle Coral Gables to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami.

The event, which included 23 participants from the two companies, raised more than $2,000 to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, an organization that transforms lives and communities by providing low-income families with affordable housing. Greenberg Traurig and 13th Floor Investments matched all proceeds raised by each individual participant, in effect doubling the contribution to Habitat for Humanity.

?I am proud to support this worthy organization and am thankful for the generosity and energetic participation of all who attended,? said Ryan D. Bailine, a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig?s Miami Land Development practice.

At Greenberg Traurig, Bailine focuses his law practice on the development of real estate projects together with related land use and permitting considerations. He represents land owners and developers in a variety of industries, including market rate and affordable multifamily communities. He routinely works with local governments and regulatory agencies regarding air rights, complex development, and permitting matters, as well as environmental, archeological, subdivision, utility, and historic matters. Bailine advises public and closely held companies and their owners on a wide range of development matters, including acquisitions, planning, structuring and litigation.

13th Floor Investments is a Miami-based alternative investment management firm that invests in value-add and opportunistic residential and commercial real estate transactions within the state of Florida.
