DiConza will speak on “The Most Important Bankruptcy Cases Ever” panel, April 20, debating with fellow panelists from across the country on which bankruptcy decision has been the most important in history.

DiConza focuses her practice on complex financial restructuring transactions and Chapter 11 debtor representations, primarily for middle market companies. She has restructuring experience in numerous industries, including the manufacturing, municipal, for-profit education, health care, energy, and financial services sectors. She has been listed in The Legal 500 US and Marquis Who’s Who in the World, and was a member of several teams that have received Global M&A Network’s Turnaround Atlas Awards.
