SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PRWEB) May 04, 2018

For over 22 years, Project Heartbeat has provided high quality healthcare education for the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Founded by Allan Bulda, RN, MSN, CEN and Josh Burke, RN, MSN-FNP, CEN with the idea of saving lives through education, the company has created a flexible teaching atmosphere.

“We wanted to make sure these classes were available to as many people as possible,” says Allan. “Our students aren’t just medical professionals, but also daycare providers, life guards and parents, among others. Our classes are flexible, as well; if you can’t come to us, we’ll come to you – at your home for a custom class or at work for a group.”

“Reaching out to as many as possible” is one reason why the Project Heartbeat owners and instructors are so excited about opening a new location in Sacramento Area. “This gives us the opportunity to reach another 2.2 million people,” Allan says with a smile. “It’s so exciting! These skills really save lives. Imagine if everyone in Sacramento knew CPR, for example. That’s a lot of lives saved.”

As a minority-owned business, Project Heartbeat is also aware of the multi-cultural community. “We know not everyone speaks English, or speaks English well,” Josh states, “which is why we also offer classes in other languages, including Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Tagalog. We believe strongly in what we do and want to make sure as many people can learn as possible.”

The new location, located at 2033 Howe Avenue near Arden Mall between Interstate 80 and 50, will offer the same wide range of courses as the home office. ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, EKG and NRP courses will all be available. Doors open June 1, 2018.
