High Construction Company was awarded a $5M construction management contract for an expansion to the Bentley Ridge apartment community in Lancaster, Pa.

High Construction Company was awarded a $5M construction management contract for an expansion to the Bentley Ridge apartment community in Lancaster, Pa.

Designed by Greenfield Architects Ltd., the expansion will add 42 rental units and 10 rental garages to the 50-acre community.

Site work for the expansion began this month adjacent to Buckwalter Road; and the construction schedule is targeted to wrap up in spring 2016.
